The Penn State Alumni Association

What’s been happening:

Penn State changed my life and affected me for years to come as I return to the campus regularly for events and several local alumni association members are among my closest friends. My most memorable experiences included my years living at the Alpha Rho Chi architectural fraternity house and the foreign studies program in Florence, Italy in 1970. Following graduation I passed the architect's registration exam in 1976 and am still practicing that craft, having recently become LEED accredited in sustainable design. Professionally, I've designed numerous buildings, served as our local American Institute of Architects chapter President, and currently serve on several local college advisory boards. After many years enjoying the single life, I finally married my longtime girlfriend/fiancee, Barbara, in 1995, and we still live in Clarks Summit. I still enjoy hobbies such as pen-and-ink drawing, reading, and jogging, plus our dual income/ no kids status allows us time to travel, be it summer vacations at Cape Cod but more particularly to Penn State Bowl and away games.
